VOTE FOR JACKIE ON FEBRUARY 3RD AND APRIL 7TH TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY SERVICE, PROMOTE HOMEOWNERSHIP, AND HELP SMALL BUSINESSES THRIVE.
Jackie is a proven leader with extensive experience in business, real estate, and community service. She spent 13 years in management and project management at a Forbes Top 100 Best Companies to work for, and later co-owned and operated a construction business, providing her with firsthand insight into the challenges that small business owners face.
As a realtor for 21 years, Jackie has dedicated herself to helping families build wealth through homeownership. She is a proud graduate of the UMKC Realtor Leadership Academy, which emphasizes how to make cities thrive by uplifting their communities.
A lifelong resident of Independence, Jackie raised her three children—Nick (wife Kristen), Tori, and Becca (husband Jake)—in the area, and they have all established roots in Independence. Each of her children has chosen a career of service, including a police officer, a healthcare professional, and a teacher. Jackie is also a proud grandmother to three grandsons—Levi, Quinn, and Carter—and one granddaughter, Rosie.
Believing it is time for Independence to better support the people who live and work here, Jackie is committed to restoring faith in the city government, welcoming and supporting small businesses, improving communication and citizen engagement, and ensuring that voters—not politicians—have a voice in major city decisions.
